Begin your file — we will tell you honestly if it will not work.

A file proceeds only where the purpose of travel — business or investment — is genuine and can be evidenced on paper. The one thing that decides a file is your passport's record of prior international travel with matching exit stamps; if it is not there, we will say so before you have spent anything rather than present a file we expect to fail.

The anchor that brings you home

Your statement is read against your application. We do not contact your bank, and no figures are published.
List every prior international trip you can evidence, with the country, the month and — this is the part that matters — whether the passport carries both the entry and the matching exit stamp. It is the strongest single item in your file, and the only one an officer can check directly. If you have none, say so: we will tell you plainly where that leaves you.

Stored securely, used only to prepare and verify your file, and handled under our Privacy Notice. You may also send them later by email quoting your reference.
Step 4 of 4 — Travel & consent

Destination & authorisation

When you submit

  1. Your file is opened and given a reference, for example VG-2026-0001, shown on the next screen.
  2. A confirmation goes to your email with the link to your secure portal. Keep it: that link is your way back to your file.
  3. The bureau reviews what you have sent and tells you plainly if the file cannot proceed.
Submitting this form opens a file and costs nothing. Valoris is a paid professional service: any fee is quoted and agreed in writing before any chargeable work begins, it covers the bureau's own work, and it is not contingent on the authority's decision. See clauses 6 and 7 of the Terms.
